3.1 Travel Bookings

• Ensure that all travelers have valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)
• Comply with all applicable travel requirements, regulations, and entry conditions
• Review the specific terms and conditions for each travel service before confirming your booking

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed. The final price will be displayed before you complete your booking.

Payment terms:

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
• Full payment is typically due 60 days before the departure date
• For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during the booking process
• All payments must be made in the currency specified in the booking

3.3 Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure that all travelers have valid passports with at least six months validity beyond the travel dates
• Obtain all necessary visas, permits, and health documents required for your destination(s)
• Comply with health requirements, including vaccinations and testing
• Check travel advisories and restrictions for your destination(s)

We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documents or failure to comply with entry requirements.

3.4 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is not included in our service prices unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: 20% of the total booking value
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of the total booking value
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total booking value (no refund)

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@paperhavenquartz.xyz.

4.2 Changes to Your Booking

If you need to make changes to your booking:

• Changes made more than 60 days before departure may incur a £50 administration fee per change
• Changes made within 60 days of departure are subject to availability and may incur additional fees
• Name changes or traveler substitutions may be subject to fees imposed by travel service providers

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested changes, but we cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible.

4.3 Cancellation or Changes by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or modify travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions
• Political unrest or security concerns
• Public health emergencies or pandemics
• Changes in travel regulations or restrictions
• Insufficient participants for group tours

If we cancel your booking, you may choose between:

• A full refund of the amount paid
• An alternative travel arrangement of comparable standard, if available
• A credit for future travel

4.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions. In such cases, we will assist you in finding alternative arrangements, but additional costs may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Paper Haven Quartz or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our content

Limited license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in London, United Kingdom, and shall be conducted in English.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paper Haven Quartz regarding your use of our website and services.
