At Paper Haven Quartz, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and booking changes for travel services booked through Paper Haven Quartz.
By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any reservations.

For standard tour packages, the following cancellation and refund schedule applies:

For travel during peak seasons (December 15-January 15, Easter week, and July 1-August 31) or involving special events (festivals, sporting events, etc.), stricter cancellation policies may apply:

If you need to change the name of a traveler in your booking:
Please note that some suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) may impose additional fees for name changes or may not permit name changes at all. These additional fees will be passed on to you.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour or travel arrangement due to insufficient participants, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events. If we cancel a tour:
Please note that Paper Haven Quartz is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, or loss of enjoyment.
If we need to make a significant change to your tour (e.g., change of destination, major change in itinerary), we will inform you as soon as possible. You may choose to:
Minor changes to itineraries, accommodation of similar or higher standard, or transportation arrangements do not constitute significant changes and do not entitle you to cancel without incurring the standard cancellation fees.
In cases of force majeure or extenuating circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or terrorism), the standard cancellation policy may be modified.

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies. Travel insurance can provide protection and reimbursement in many circumstances where our standard refund policy would not apply.

No refunds will be provided for any unused services, accommodations, or features of your tour package once travel has commenced. This includes:

We understand that special circumstances may arise. While we must adhere to our standard policies to maintain fairness and consistency, we may consider exceptions in truly extraordinary situations. Such considerations are at the sole discretion of Paper Haven Quartz management and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. The policy that was in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation.
